I can also create an order via e-mail or telephone?

Yes the order can be created by e-mail or telephone. In this case, please prepare the product catalog code, which is listed under the product name you have chosen.

How to pay for an order?

You can pay for the order by  debit/credit card online when creating the order.

When will my order be delivered to me?

After creating your order, all products must be ordered from the supplier and are subsequently manufactured. The standard delivery time is 5-7 working days from the creation of the order. You will always find information about the delivery time for each product.

How much does the delivery cost?

  • Free shipping on orders over 300€. 

  • When paying online transport is provided through Courier company in the amount of 10 €.

How will the shipment be delivered to me?

  • We send every order by the  courier company.

  • You will receive an e-mail about the dispatch of the order the day before the delivery of the order. On the day of delivery, you will receive an e-mail and an SMS message with a time window when the courier will arrive.

Can I change or add to my order?

The order can be changed or supplemented only if it has not been sent yet. You can do so by e-mail or telephone. We need to know your order number in order to identify it.

How can I cancel my order?

The buyer has the right to cancel the ordered goods or services within 24 hours of the creation of the purchase contract without cancellation fee for the goods that are made to order.

How to proceed with a claim?

If you have any questions regarding your claim about damaged goods, do not hesitate to contact us. Customer support is here for you on weekdays Mon-Fri from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Can I return the goods?

I did not receive the order confirmation in the email

Sometimes it happens that the order confirmation falls in to a Spam or Advertising folder so it is necessary to check these folders. If you do not find the e-mail there either, please contact us by e-mail and we will be happy to confirm your order.
