How to proceed when returning goods

You have the right to return the goods without giving a reason within the statutory period of 14 calendar days from receipt. Than we will refund your money.

 

The procedure is simple:

    1. Pack the goods properly so they won't get damaged during transport
    2. Attach a copy of the invoice that you received with the goods or electronically to the goods
        If you do not have the opportunity to print an electronic invoice, all you have to do is write your order number on paper
    3. Write us the number of your bank account in the form of IBAN on the paper, where we can refund your money
    4. Send it to our address. Never send us a goods through method of cash on delivery!
    5.Your money will be refunded within 14 days at the latest
